If there’s one thing I’ve learnt in my time it’s that that reasonable pricing and good hosting do not go hand in hand. More often than not it’s premium pricing for sub-standard service.
I’ve only been with Web Hosting Plex for a month, but so far they’ve proven themselves to be the exception to that rule. There’s little, if anything, in which I can fault them on (except maybe Geoff’s sense of humour!).
I truly recommend Web Hosting Plex to anyone who’s looking for a good host that doesn’t mess them about (whether it be shared or SEO hosting).

I have been “holding out” giving a review until I had a little more time under my belt with Web Hosting Plex (WHP). I shouldn’t have…my review would not have been any different.
I moved a shared hosting account from Hostgator to WHP and they went WAY BEYOND what they should have done in helping me get everything moved. On top of that they did it for FREE!
I had several domains/databases/scripts to move. There were problems along the way (mostly with Hostgator), but they took care of everything. Then, get this…for my “trouble” because of the problems, the gave me a credit toward my next month!
Now that I have been with them for a couple months, my opinion or WHP has only gotten better. Their tech support is the best I have ever seen! Everyone that I have dealt with knows what they are doing and have been very helpful.
And their hardware/infrastructure is as good as it gets!
I know “never” is a long time, but at this point I would have to say my websites have found a permanent home – I never plan on moving again!

I had a few issues when I first purchased this due to DNS
But the tech team were the best I have ever seen and responded very fast to fix the problem.
My sites were loading slow which in the end turned out to be because of one of my plugins
The support team went above and beyond – I am a very happy customer
